  • Wheat 1cup
  • Raw mango 1/2
  • Red chili powder – 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4tsp
  • Jeera – 1tsp
  • Salt : as per taste –
  • Oil(as required) –
  1. Grated raw mango and keep aside
  2. In bowl add wheat and raw mango and all other ingredients and mix it well
  3. Add water little and make dough and apply little oil and keep aside
  4. Take small ball and roll flat roti
  5. Heat the tawa and cook both side and keep aside. cook all other
  6. Now its ready to serve with raitha or pickle . Raw mango paratha ready
