spinach
(wash and finely chopped) –

Grated
Coconut

Turmeric powder

Curry leaves
(little) –
Oil

Instructions
Whash and chop the
spinach
nicely.
Heat
oil
in a pan and splutter mustard in it.
Add
spinach
cook for 5 minute.
Take the remaining ingredients and keep ready.
Add the remaining ingredient and saute 3-4 minutes again.
