  1. Whash and chop the spinach nicely.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard in it.
  3. Add spinach cook for 5 minute.
  4. Take the remaining ingredients and keep ready.
  5. Add the remaining ingredient and saute 3-4 minutes again.
  6. Red spinach stir fry is ready to serve.
