Restaurant Style White Kurma
this is simple and easy to do and here more spices and veggies are added . this white kurma usually we can also do for any occasions. this goes well with roti, parota and all inadian breads and pulao and briyani and also to appam .

Ingredients
  • Mixed vegetable – 1cup
  • Coconut 1/4cup
  • Cashew – 10
  • Green chili – 4
  • Poppy Seed – 1tsp
  • Onion 2chopped
  • Curd – 1/2cup
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
  • Bay leaf, cinnamon , cloves, cardamom 1each
  • Mint and coriander leaves(little) –
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Ghee 2tbsp
Instructions
  1. In bowl add poppy seed and cashew with little water and bring to boil and allow to cool
  2. Now grind fine paste with coocnut and 2 green chili poppy seed and cashew with that water
  3. in pan add ghee and temper Bay leaf, cinnamon , cloves, cardamom
  4. Now add onion and grren chili and Ginger garlic paste saute well
  5. Now add mixed vegetable and saute well
  6. Now add mint and coriander saute well
  7. Now add curd and mix well saute till oil comes out
  8. Now add coconut white paste and mix well and required water and bring to boil for 10 mins
  9. Now its ready to serve Restaurant style white kurma . serve with roti, chapathi, and pulaos and biriyani
