Raw rice
powder(Ari podi) –

cups
Bengal gram
powder(Kadala Maavu) –
1
cup
Chilly powder –
2
tsp
Asafoetida(Kaayam) –
1/2
tsp
Black
Sesame seeds
(Ellu) –
1
heaped
Salt
(As reqd) –
Water
(As reqd) –
Oil
for frying –
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and knead into a soft dough pouring
water
as and when required.
Use a pakoda maker and deep fry in
oil
.
:- Serve with hot tea.
