Ingredients
  • Raw rice powder(Ari podi) – 2cups
  • Bengal gram powder(Kadala Maavu) – 1cup
  • Chilly powder – 2tsp
  • Asafoetida(Kaayam) – 1/2tsp
  • Black Sesame seeds(Ellu) – 1heaped
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Water(As reqd) –
  • Oil for frying –
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead into a soft dough pouring water as and when required.
  2. Use a pakoda maker and deep fry in oil.
  3. :- Serve with hot tea.
