  • Ripe Papaya(peeled and cubed) – 2nos
  • Coconut milk 2cups
  • Cardamom powder(Elakka) – 1/2tsp
  • Sugar 200g
  • Cashew nuts – 8nos
  • Rasins(Unakka munthiri) – 1tbsp
  • Ghee(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing ripe papaya balls, in a vessel heat a little ghee and fry the cashew nuts. Keep it aside.
  2. Grind the ripe papaya in a mixy.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and blend it again.
  4. Put this papaya mixture in a non-stick pan and heat till it becomes thick by stirring continuously.
  5. Add in required ghee, sugar and cardamom powder. Mix it till the ghee separates and remove it from the oven.
  6. Sprinkle fried cashewnuts and rasins. Mix it well.
  7. Make balls out of the mixture.
  8. Ripe papaya balls are ready.
