  • For preparing roasted duck with orange juice, take a bowl and mix in olive oil, salt, rosemary, pepper powder and grated garlic. Marinate the duck breast with this mixture for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Place the marinated duck breast into a baking dish and pour orange juice over it. Cover it with a foil paper and allow it to cook in the preheated oven.
  • Turn duck pieces over and allow it to cook uncovered until browned.
  • Roasted duck with orange juice is ready. Serve hot.
