Saamai Nattu Kozhi Biriyani (Little Millets)
This is my own recipe . Saamai is very good for health. this is one kind of millets. Nattu kozhi is aslo good for health. this is best in winter and rain seasons.

Ingredients
  • Saamai – 500gm
  • Nattu kozhi – 500gm
  • Onions – 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Green chili – 4
  • Mint and coriander(small hand) –
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2tblsp
  • Curd – 1/4cup
  • Lemon – 1/2
  • Red chili powder – 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2tsp
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Whole Garam –
Instructions
  1. Chop onions and tomato and take all ingredients and keep aside.
  2. In pan Add oil and ghee 1/2 and temper whole garam masala
  3. Add onions and green chili and saute well
  4. Add ginger and garlic paste tomato ad cook till soft.
  5. Add red chili, turmeric powder and salt and chicken and cook for 15 mins.
  6. Add mint and coriander leaves and mix it well
  7. Add curd and cook for minute and add lemon and cook for minutes in low flame
  8. In mean time soak saamai (little millets) and keep aside
  9. Add 1:2 water and brings to boil and add saamai (little millets)
  10. Close lid and cook for 10 mins and turn off and remove the lid fluff with fork or knife and serve . saamai nattu kozhi biryani ready
