Ingredients
  • Sabudana ( chowary) : 1 cup –
  • Jeera : 1 tsp –
  • Potato : 2 nos –
  • Pea nuts : a few –
  • Curryy leavs : 1 leaf –
  • Coriander leaves : a few –
  • Turmeric powder : a pinch –
  • Green chillies : 2 nos –
  • Ginger : a few –
  • Lemon : ½ of a lemon –
Instructions
  1. Soak sabudana over night.
  2. Boil potato.
  3. Heat oil. Add jeera.
  4. When it splutters, add mustard seeds.
  5. Add sabudana, sugar and salt.
  6. Add potatos and lemon juice.
  7. Stir and cook till sabudana is done.
  8. Add pea nuts and coriander leaves.
  9. Sabudana Kichadi is ready.
