  • Ingredients –
  • Sago/chouvvary – 1/2cup
  • Sugar 1/4cup
  • Condensed milk 1/4cup
  • Milk 1 1/2cup
  • Water 1cup
  • Cardamom powder – 3no
  • Milk chocolate(small piece grated) –
  1. Take sago in a bowl. Cover it with fresh water over it. Soak it for an hour.
  2. After 1 hour we can see sago balls becomes double. Drain the water and keep aside.
  3. Take milk into a pan along with 1cup of water . Bring into boil.
  4. Once it boils add sago in it. Let it there in a low flame until sago cooked.
  5. Add cardamom powder
  6. Now add condensed milk and sugar. Let it there for another 10 minutes.
  7. Turn the gas off. Garnish with chocolate powder. Mix well and serve.
