chocolate(small piece grated) –
Instructions
Take sago in a bowl. Cover it with fresh
water
over it. Soak it for an hour.
After 1 hour we can see sago balls becomes double. Drain the
water
and keep aside.
Take
milk
into a pan along with 1cup of
water
. Bring into boil.
Once it boils add sago in it. Let it there in a low flame until sago cooked.
Add
cardamom
powder
Now add condensed
milk
and
sugar
. Let it there for another 10 minutes.
Turn the gas off. Garnish with chocolate powder. Mix well and serve.
