- Boneless Mutton(chopped into big pieces) - 250 g
- Cottage cheese(chopped in big cubes, Paneer) - 200 g
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin seed powder(Jeerakam podi) - 1/2 tsp
- Saffron(Kesri) - 1/2 tsp
- Yoghurt - 1 tbsp
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing saffron mutton kabab, marinate the paneer and mutton pieces in a mixture of cumin powder, oil, yoghurt, salt, lime juice, garam masala, chilly powder and saffron over night.
- Pierce the mutton pieces and paneer onto the skewers and barbeque until cooked. Remove it.
- Saffron mutton kebab¦s are ready. Serve hot as a starter.
