Sago Vada
this is famous recipe in Mumbai. its very taste and soft and crispy . very good snack at tea time.

  • Pearl sago – 1cup
  • Potato 2
  • Green chili – 2
  • Ginger 1inch
  • Coriander small –
  • Curd – 1/2cup
  • Rice flour – 1/4cup
  • Sooji(-1/4 cup, rava) –
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Oil for frying –
  1. Soak pearl sago with curd 2 hours and add little salt
  2. Grind green chili, ginger, coriander leaves
  3. Boil potato and mash it and add sago and also add grind paste
  4. Add rice and sooji(rava) and salt mix it well
  5. Make ball and shape like vada keep aside
  6. Heat oil and deep fry the vada and drain
  7. Now its ready to serve. serve with tomato ketchup
