- Salmon fillets(cut into medium strips) - 1 cup
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 5 tbsp
- Egg(whole) - 1 no
- Bread crumbs(As reqd) -
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Marinate the salmon fillets with a mixture of maida, pepper powder and salt adding little water. Keep it aside.
- In a bowl whisk in egg yolk and mustard sauce.
- In a plate beat the whole egg with a spoon and in another plate spread the bread crumbs.
- Dip the marinated salmon fillets in the beaten egg and then dip it in bread crumbs. Keep it aside in a plate.
- Remove the sauce from the fridge and mix in the dill.
- Salmon fish fingers with dipping sauce is ready. Serve the finger fingers with the sauce.
