Ingredients
- Hamour fillet - 7k g
- Onions(chopped) - 50 g
- Tahina(sauce made of sesame seeds) - 600 g
- garlic(chopped) - 5 cloves
- Lemon juice - 600 g
- Green peppers(chopped) - 75 g
- Red peppers(chopped) - 75 g
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 400 g
- olive oil - 100 g
- Green chillies(slit) - 60 g
- Pine nuts - 50 g

Instructions
- For preparing samkem barra, roast the fish in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 45 minutes. When the fish is cooked remove it from the oven.
- Saute the onions and garlic till golden brown.
- Add in coriander leaves, red peppers, green peppers and green chillies. Fry it for 5 minutes. 4)Then add in the tahina with lemon juice and stir well. Allow it to heat through.
- Place the cooked fish on a plate and coat it with the prepared sauce.
- Garnish with pine nuts.
- Samkem barra is ready.
