Sarso Ki Tangiri
Sarso Ki tangri is a mughalai chicken recipe which is too delicious and tasty. The flavour of mustard goes well with this recipes.

Ingredients
  • Chicken 3 leg pieces –
  • Mustard 50 gram –
  • vinegar 1/4 cup –
  • Salt to taste –
  • hung curd 1/4 cup –
  • Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp –
  • Garam Masala : 1 tsp –
  • green chili paste 2 tsp –
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp –
  • pepper 1/2 tsp –
  • Oil : 4 tsp –
Instructions
  1. soak the mustard in vinegar for 2 hours
  2. remove from vinegar and a make fine paste
  3. in a bowl add hung curd mix with chicken
  4. add mustard paste, salt, green chili paste, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, oil and turmeric powder and mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour
  5. in a baking tray add chicken and bake for 1/2 hour by preheating 200c for 10 mins
  6. once baked it drill it for 5 mins
  7. now sarso ki tangiri is ready to serve
