Ingredients
Chicken 3 leg pieces –
Mustard 50 gram –
vinegar 1/4 cup –
Salt
to taste –
hung curd 1/4 cup –
Ginger
garlic
paste : 2 tsp –
Garam Masala
: 1 tsp –
green chili paste 2 tsp –
Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp –
pepper 1/2 tsp –
Oil
: 4 tsp –
Instructions
soak the mustard in vinegar for 2 hours
remove from vinegar and a make fine paste
in a bowl add hung curd mix with chicken
add mustard paste,
salt
, green chili paste,
garam masala
,
ginger
garlic
paste,
oil
and
turmeric powder
and mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour
in a baking tray add chicken and bake for 1/2 hour by preheating 200c for 10 mins
once baked it drill it for 5 mins
now sarso ki tangiri is ready to serve
