  • Lasagna sheets – 6nos
  • Chopped Mushroom 250g
  • Chopped sausage – 200g
  • Chopped carrot 200g
  • Sliced onion 200g
  • Milk 3glasses
  • Cheese – 1tbsp
  • Corn flour – 2tbsp
  • Salt(to taste) –
  • Pepper – 2tsp
  • Seedless olives – 8nos
  • Butter – 1tbsp
  • Oil
  • Water 3cups
  1. Saute chopped onions in oil under a low flame.
  2. Add chopped carrots and mushrooms to it. Let it sautT for a few minutes.
  3. Add chopped sausage pieces to this mixture.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of pepper and salt to this. Heat the mixture in low flame.
  5. Meanwhile, boil the lasagna sheets in 3 cups of water. Add a pinch of salt to it.
  6. 15 minutes later remove the sheets.
  7. Now, take 4 glasses of milk and add 1 teaspoon of pepper to it.
  8. Pour the milk into the flour taken in a bowl. Mix well.
  9. After pouring the flour soaked in milk back to the container, boil it in low flame. Add two tablespoons of butter and cheese to the mixture. Stir well.
  10. Pour the prepared milk solution to a suitable container.
  11. Spread the cooked lasagna sheets on this.
  12. Scatter the previously prepared sausage masala on top.
  13. Follow it up with another layer of milk solution and remaining lasagna sheets.
  14. Bake it in oven for about 10 minutes. Sausage lasagna is ready to be served hot… ?
  15. Have it with sauce to taste better.
