  • Basmati rice – 1 1/2cups
  • Chicken Sausages(finely chopped) – 3nos
  • Cabbage Leaves(steamed) –
  • Red capsicum(finely chopped) – 1/2cup
  • Spring onions(finely chopped) – 1/2cup
  • Green chillies(finely chopped) – 2nos
  • garlic(grated) – 3cloves
  • Soya Sauce – 1tsp
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) –
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing sausage rice in cabbage leaves, first cook the rice in salt water and drain it. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and sautT in green chillies and garlic.
  3. Add chicken sausages, salt and pepper powder. Saute well.
  4. Add in the cooked rice and toss in red capsicum. Mix it well.
  5. Sausage rice in cabbage leaves are ready. Serve hot in cabbage leaves.
