Schezwan Fried Rice

  • basmathi rice or seeraga samba rice – 1cup
  • Mixed vegetables(chopped, Carrot, Cabbage, capsicum, Beans) – 1cup
  • Schezwan sauce – 2tblsp
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Oil 2tblsp
  • garlic(chopped) – 10no
  • Dry chili – 2
  1. In pan add oil and saute dry chili and garlic
  2. Now add mixed vegetables and allow to cook for 10 mins
  3. Add Schezwan sauce and salt and sugar and mix well in low flame
  4. In mean time soak rice and boil with salt and oil
  5. Drain water and allow to cool and keep aside.
  6. Combine both rice and vegetables and fry for few mins and turn off the flame.
  7. Now its ready to serve yummy Schezwan fried rice.
