Prawns with fish fillets and other ingredients

Ingredients
- Fish fillets(finely sliced) - 225 gms
- Prawns(deveined, cleaned and chopped) - 115 gms
- Basmati rice - 350 gms
- Fresh red chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Oyster sauce - 1/2 tsp
- garlic(pounded) - 2 cloves
- Onion(sliced) - 1 no
- Dark soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing sea-food fried rice, cook the basmati rice in sufficient water. Drain it and allow it to cool. Keep it aside.
- Marinate the fish fillets and prawns in salt and red chillies. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a vessel and sautT the above coarsely ground mixture.
- Add in the marinated prawns and sautT it till done.
- Then toss in the fish fillets. Stir it continuously.
- Then stir in the cooked basmati rice, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper powder. Stir it constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the vessel.
- Remove it from flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Sea-food fried rice is ready. Serve hot.
