Seasonal Fruit Salsa
Mango, pineapple, papaya, peach and other ingredients are mixed together and chilled

  • Mango(chopped) – 2tbsp
  • Pineapple(chopped) – 2tbsp
  • Papaya(chopped) – 2tbsp
  • Peach(chopped) – 2tbsp
  • Onion(chopped) – 1/2tbsp
  • Red chilly(finely crushed) – 1no
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) – 1/2tbsp
  • Mint leaves 1/2tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Tortilla – 10nos
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry tortillas in desired shape and drain it.
  3. Mix together the chips and refrigerated mix.
  4. Seasonal fruit salsa, a tasty fruit mix is ready. Note: You can use any seasonal fruit of your choice.
