- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida(A pinch) -
- Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Water - 50 ml
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat the steamer and grease a steamer plate with oil.
- Then add in the above maida mixture and mix it slowly till all the ingredients are combined.
- Pour it immediately into the greased place and put in the steamer. Steam it for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and keep it aside to cool.
- For seasoning, heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard and sesame seeds.
- Toss the asafoetida, green chillies, curry leaves and water. Pour it over the dhokla.
- Semolina dhokla¦s are ready. Cut into squares and serve with any chutney.
