Ingredients
- Chicken thighs - 4 nos
- Chinese egg noodles - 200 g
- Mangetout/Snow Peas - 100 g
- Celery stalks(cut into fine strips) - 2 nos
- Sesame dressing: -
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Sesame paste - 3 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce(Chinese dipping sauce) - 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
- Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
- Rice wine - 1 tsp
- Boiling water - 1/2 tbsp

Instructions
- Put the cooked noodles, shredded chicken, mangetout and celery in a large bowl. Add in the dressing and toss it together.
- Sesame chicken salad is ready. Serve immediately.
