- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- White sesame seeds(Ellu) - 1/2 tsp
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing sesame-cumin seed poori, knead a smooth dough with wheat flour, oil, cumin seeds, white sesame seeds, salt and water. Cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it aside.
- Make small balls and roll it out in small circles.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the poori¦s, on both the sides till it becomes golden brown and puffed up.
- Sesame-cumin seed poori¦s are ready. Serve hot.
