  • Boiled rice(cooked) – 100g
  • Shrimps – 75g
  • Onion(finely chopped, medium) – 1no
  • Tomatoes(chopped) – 2nos
  • Red chilly paste – 1tsp
  • Egg(beaten) – 1no
  • Butter – 1tbsp
  • Pepper(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing shrimp fried rice, heat the butter in the pan.
  2. Add in the shrimps and fry until it is nearly cooked.
  3. Then add in the beaten egg and mix well. When it is cooked, toss in the onions, tomatoes, chilly paste, rice, pepper and salt. Mix well. Remove from the flame.
  4. Shrimp fried rice is ready. Serve hot.
