Instructions
- Cut shrimps and potatoes into small cubes. Add it to the above pan and allow it cook for 1 minute.
- Add in the fish stock and bring it to a boil.
- Pour it back into the soup. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Then add in the green onions to the soup. Cook it for another 1 minute.
- Shrimps soup is ready. Serve hot.
