Ingredients
- Basmathi rice(cooked) - 5 cups
- Boneless Chicken(finely chopped) - 4 cups
- Beans(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Shallots(finely cubed, Kunjulli) - 5 cups
- Corn Kernels - 1/2 cup
- Capsicum(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Carrot(finely cubed) - 1 no
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Eggs(lightly beaten) - 2 nos
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing simple chicken fried rice, heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add in the chicken, shallots, capsicum, corn, peas, beans and carrots. Stir until half cooked.
- Toss in the rice and cook for 5 minutes. Stirring it in intervals.
- Pour in soy sauce and stir it.
- Scramble the eggs in another vessel and toss it in the rice.
- Simple chicken fried rice is ready. Serve hot.
