Chicken with nice spicy masala. Gives a nice aroma while cooking.

  1. For preparing simple chicken, first marinate chicken with salt and lime juice.
  2. Grind onion, tomato, ginger-garlic, garam masala, chilly powder, turmeric, coriander powder and coriander leaves.
  3. Heat a pan, add green chillies and curry leaves. Add the masala and fry. Add chicken pieces and cover it.
  4. Add very little water and cook chicken.
  5. When done, fry it in very low flame and make a dry fry.
  6. Simple chicken is ready.
