Instructions
For preparing simple thari kanji, heat
ghee
and fry
semolina
.
Add
coconut
milk
(2nd) and cook the
semolina
.
When it thickens, add
coconut
milk
1st and add
salt
.
Heat 1 tsp
ghee
and fry the shallots and add to kanji and serve.
Simple thari kanji is ready.
