Ingredients
  • Dosa batter –
  • Vegetables –
  • Peas, Carrots, Beans, Tomato(As reqd) –
  • Green chilles – 5
  • Coriander leaves(A few) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. Cut all vegetables into very small cubes.
  2. Half boil these vegetables in a vessel.
  3. :- Boiling the vegetables helps for easy digestion.
  4. Add these vegetables into the dosa batter.
  5. Add green chillies and coriander leaves.
  6. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  7. Heat dosa tava.
  8. Spread a little oil on the tava.
  9. Make dosa like the regular ones.
  10. Cook both the sides of the dosa.
  11. :- Serve with tomato chutney.
