has a special place in Kerala cuisine.It consider to be a staple food of Kerala.Here I’m going to share a simple but Spicy Kappa puzhungiyathu.It goes well as a side dish for chappathi and curries of your choice.

Ingredients
Tapioca

Coconut

Fennel seed

garlic

Bird eye chilly –

Shallots –

Turmeric powder

Curry leaves
(few) –
Water

Instructions
Take a blender and add
garlic
,shallots,bird eye chilly and
fennel seed
.
Grind it to a coarse paste
Take a vessel and add cooked
tapioca
,
turmeric powder
,
water
and mash it with a wooden spatula.
Add the ground
coconut
mixture,combine well.when it starts boil remove it from the flame.
Simply spicy kappa puzhukk is ready now.
