Siru Keerai Coconut Poriyal
A tasty and healthy green leaves curry with the grated coconut. It goes well with rice.

  1. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds.When mustard splutters add red chilli and urad dal and stir for 2 minutes.
  2. In a drainer wash and clean siru keera
  3. Grind grated coconut,cumin seeds,onion and chilli powder in a mixer.
  4. Add this ground mix to siru keerai and mix well together.
  5. Then add this siru keerai mix and salt to kadai.Stir all together properlyfor 5 minutes until it is cooked well.
  6. Now siru keerai poriyal is ready to serve.
