Ingredients
Siru keerai –

cup
Cumin seeds

Cocconut grated –
1
cup
Chilli powder

Onion

chopped
Red chilli –

Salt

Instructions
Heat
oil
in a kadai and add
mustard seeds
.When mustard splutters add red chilli and urad dal and stir for 2 minutes.
In a drainer wash and clean siru keera
Grind grated
coconut
,
cumin seeds
,
onion
and
chilli powder
in a mixer.
Add this ground mix to siru keerai and mix well together.
Then add this siru keerai mix and
salt
to kadai.Stir all together properlyfor 5 minutes until it is cooked well.
Now siru keerai poriyal is ready to serve.
