Ingredients
Sooji –
1
cup
Sugar
(as needed) –
Ghee
(as needed) –
Milk

4
cups
Salt
(pinch) –
Cardamom

Cashew, badam,
raisins
fried(as needed) –
Instructions
Add little
ghee
in a tawa and heat it. Add sooji and fry till it turns brown and keep it aside.
Boil
milk
. Add sooji to the boiled
milk
and stir.
Wait till the sooji is cooked and it thickens.
Add
sugar
,
salt
and
cardamom
and stir till the
sugar
gets dissolved.
Add nuts and serve hot.
