- Chicken breast fillets(chopped) - 500 g
- Green Mango(peeled and chopped) - 1 no
- Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
- garlic(finely chopped) - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Onions(finely sliced) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2 nos
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 5 springs
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Water - 300 ml
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing sour chicken with green mango, in a big bowl add in chicken pieces, onion seeds, ginger, garlic, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well.
- Then add in half of the mango pieces and mix it.
- Heat the oil in vessel and fry the sliced onions until golden brown on low flame.
- Toss in the curry leaves and mix well.
- Add in the chicken into the pan and stirring it for 10 minutes over medium flame.
- Add the remaining mango, tomatoes, green chillies and fresh coriander.
- Sour chicken with green mango is ready. Serve hot with rice, chapatti, etc.
