Ingredients
- Boneless turkey(cubed) - 600 g
- Onion(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Coconut milk - 2 1/2 cups
- Chicken Masala - 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Tamarind juice - 4 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 4 springs
- Salt(If reqd) -

Instructions
- Stir in the chicken masala into the turkey.
- Add the soya sauce, tomato, tamarind juice, garam masala and onions. Allow it to simmer 15 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Sour turkey curry is ready. Serve hot with rice.
