  • Boneless turkey(cubed) – 600g
  • Onion(finely chopped) – 2nos
  • Tomato(chopped) – 1no
  • Coconut milk 2 1/2cups
  • Chicken Masala – 2tbsp
  • Soya Sauce – 2tbsp
  • Tamarind juice – 4tbsp
  • Garam masala 1/2tsp
  • Curry leaves 2springs
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) – 4springs
  • Salt(If reqd) –
  1. For preparing sour turkey curry, allow the turkey to cook with coconut milk, salt and a little water till the turkey becomes tender.
  2. Stir in the chicken masala into the turkey.
  3. Add the soya sauce, tomato, tamarind juice, garam masala and onions. Allow it to simmer 15 minutes on low flame.
  4. Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  5. Sour turkey curry is ready. Serve hot with rice.
