Instructions
- For preparing soya beans dosa, first grind the soya beans in a grinder, with ginger, salt, required water and green chillies to a fine paste.
- The consistency should be like idly batter. Add rice flour as required.
- Heat a dosa frying pan. Using a ladle pour the soya mixture on the hot pan and spread it in circles.
- Cook it for 2 minutes on both the sides on low flame.
- Soya beans dosa¦s are ready. Serve hot with any chutney.
