Instructions
For preparing soya beans dosa, first grind the soya beans in a grinder, with
ginger
,
salt
, required
water
and
green chillies
to a fine paste.
The consistency should be like idly batter. Add rice flour as required.
Then add in the
onion
and
tomato
. Mix it well.
Heat a dosa frying pan. Using a ladle pour the soya mixture on the hot pan and spread it in circles.
Cook it for 2 minutes on both the sides on low flame.
Soya beans dosa¦s are ready. Serve hot with any chutney.
