  • Soya beans(soaked in water overnight) – 1/2cup
  • Onion(finely chopped) – 1no
  • Tomato(finely chopped) – 1no
  • Ginger(chopped) – 1inch
  • Green chillies(slit) – 3nos
  • Rice flour(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing soya beans dosa, first grind the soya beans in a grinder, with ginger, salt, required water and green chillies to a fine paste.
  2. The consistency should be like idly batter. Add rice flour as required.
  3. Then add in the onion and tomato. Mix it well.
  4. Heat a dosa frying pan. Using a ladle pour the soya mixture on the hot pan and spread it in circles.
  5. Cook it for 2 minutes on both the sides on low flame.
  6. Soya beans dosa¦s are ready. Serve hot with any chutney.
