- soya chunks 1cup -
- potato chopped 1cup -
- tomato 4 no. -
- Cardamom 2 no. -
- Cinnamon : 1 no -
- turmeric 1/4 spoon -
- Salt : As required -
- red chilli powder 2 sp. -
- coriander powder 2 sp. -
- garam masala powder 1/4 sp. -
- Grated coconut : 1/2 cup -
- cashews 3 no. -
- poppy seeds 1/2 sp. -

Instructions
- cook tomatoes and take purie out of it
- cook soya chunks and strain the excess water
- heat pan add spices
- add chopped potatoes to it
- add tomato purie
- add turmeric, salt red chillipowder, coriander powder, garam masala powder
- grind coconut along with cashews and poppy seeds
- as the gravy boils add the cooked chunks
- simmer the flame and cook for 3-4 mins and serve
