  1. cook tomatoes and take purie out of it
  2. cook soya chunks and strain the excess water
  3. heat pan add spices
  4. add chopped potatoes to it
  5. add tomato purie
  6. add turmeric, salt red chillipowder, coriander powder, garam masala powder
  7. grind coconut along with cashews and poppy seeds
  8. as the gravy boils add the cooked chunks
  9. simmer the flame and cook for 3-4 mins and serve
