Ingredients
- Chicken(cleaned and chopped) - 1 kg
- Soya chunks - 3 cups
- Potato(peeled, boiled and mashed) - 3 big
- Onions(chopped finely) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp) -
- Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 10 springs
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Drain the chunks and squeeze well. 3)Heat oil in a vessel and saute onions.
- Then add the tomatoes and salt. Saute till the tomatoes become mushy on low flame.
- Add in the chunks, potatoes, chicken, garam masala and chilly powder. Saute for some time on low flame.
- Pour enough water for the potatoes and the chicken to cook.
- Allow it to become thick and pour lime juice when done. Mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
- Soya chunks chicken curry is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, rice, bread, etc.
