Ingredients
- Soya chunks - 1 cup
- Onions(finely chopped) - 1 cup
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Ginger(grated) - 1 tsp
- garlic(grated) - 1 tsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 4 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a vessel.
- Saute in onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies, grated coconut and curry leaves for 3 minutes on low flame.
- Add in chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt. Saute it well.
- When a nice smell comes, toss in the tomatoes and cooked soya chunks. Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, mix it and remove it from the flame.
- Soya masala is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
