  1. Boil water in a pan with 1 tsp of salt in it.
  2. When it starts boiling, add the soya granules to it.
  3. Let it boil just for 5 mins.
  4. Drain it in a cotton cloth/muslin cloth completely for 1 hr.
  5. In a kadai/wok, heat oil.
  6. Splutter mustard seeds.
  7. Add the finely chopped onions and chillies and fry for 2 mins.
  8. Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute well.
  9. When the mix turns light golden, add the curry leaves followed by the dried soya and mix well.
  10. After 2 mins, add the tumeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala and curry masala.
  11. Saute well until all is mixed well and dry fry for 5 – 7 mins.
  12. Finely add the soya sauce and mix well.
  13. Add salt after checking the mix since soya sauce has salt in it.
  14. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  15. :- Serve hot with any Indian roti/bread
