Ingredients
Soya granules(If soya chunks is available, just grind them to make it into granules) –
500
gm
Mustard seeds

Green chillies

Curry leaves

Garam masala

tsp
Egg
masala powder or curry masala powder –

tsp
Ginger
(
garlic
paste – 1 tsp) –
Soya Sauce –

Onions –

Oil

Coriander leaves –

Instructions
Boil
water
in a pan with 1 tsp of
salt
in it.
When it starts boiling, add the soya granules to it.
Let it boil just for 5 mins.
Drain it in a cotton cloth/muslin cloth completely for 1 hr.
In a kadai/wok, heat
oil
.
Splutter
mustard seeds
.
Add the finely chopped onions and chillies and fry for 2 mins.
Add the
ginger
-
garlic
paste and saute well.
When the mix turns light golden, add the
curry leaves
followed by the dried soya and mix well.
After 2 mins, add the tumeric powder, chilly powder,
garam masala
and curry masala.
Saute well until all is mixed well and dry fry for 5 – 7 mins.
Finely add the soya sauce and mix well.
Add
salt
after checking the mix since soya sauce has
salt
in it.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot with any Indian roti/bread
