- Pork(cubed) - 3/4 kg
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Capsicum(diced) - 50 g
- Onion(sliced) - 1 no
- Mushrooms(sliced) - 175 g
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 3 nos
- Cream - 30 ml
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing spanish pork, take a bowl, add in maida, pepper powder and salt. Cover the pork pieces with this mixture.
- Add a little water and the tomatoes. Mix well and allow it to cook.
- Once it cooks, allow it to boil till dry. Remove it from the flame.
- Then add the cream.
- Spanish pork is ready. Serve hot.
