Ingredients
- Beetroot(finely cubed) - 1/2 cup
- Dates(de-seeded) - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder(A pinch) -
- garlic(finely cubed) - 1 clove
- Fennel seeds(Perumjeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 3 tsp
- Shallots(finely chopped, Kunjulli) - 4 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Blend garlic, dates, fennel seeds, vinegar, pepper powder, shallots, sugar and salt to a fine paste.
- Add in the steamed beetroot and mix well.
- Keep it in the fridge over night.
