  • For preparing special duck curry, marinate the duck in curds, green chilly paste, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander leaves and salt. Keep it aside overnight.
  • Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add in the sliced onions and fry till light brown.
  • Toss in the marinated duck, potatoes and required water. Mix well.
  • Close the pressure cooker and allow it to cook.
  • Open the pressure cooker and pour in the coconut milk. Mix well.
  • Allow it to simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Special duck curry is ready. Serve hot with chappathis, dosa etc.
