Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breasts(cubed) - 2 nos
- Small onions/shallots(peeled and finely cubed) - 2 nos
- Green chilly(chopped) - 1 no
- garlic(grated) - 1 clove
- Peanut butter - 115 g
- Water - 8 tbsp
- Lime juice - 1/2 lime
- Peanut oil(As reqd) -
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing special grilled chicken with peanut dip sauce, mix together peanut oil, sesame oil, salt and half of the lemon juice in a bowl.
- Add the chicken pieces, cover it and put in the fridge for 1 hour. Soak 8-12 wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes before use, to prevent burning.
- Heat a little peanut oil in a vessel. SautT in the small onions, green chilly and garlic over low flame, stirring occasionally until it becomes soft.
- Add the peanut butter, water and remaining lime juice. Allow it to simmer, stirring constantly, until the peanut butter has become a semi thick dip.
- Meanwhile, soak the wooden skewers in water.
- Pierce the chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Put it on a barbecue, turning frequently, for about 10 minutes, until it is cooked and browned.
- Special grilled chicken with peanut dip sauce is ready. Serve hot with the dip.
