- Cottage cheese(cubed and fried, Paneer) - 600 g
- Potato(peeled and cubed, big) - 1 no
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 400 g
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- garlic(crushed) - 2 cloves
- Ginger(paste) - 1/2 inch
- Cumin Seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Curry paste - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds(powdered) - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing special paneer curry, heat the oil in a large pan and fry the cumin seeds until they splutter.
- Then add the curry paste, potato and green chillies. SautT for 3 minutes on low flame.
- Stir in the chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and a little water. Mix well and allow the potatoes to cook.
- Toss in the fried paneer and mix well.
- Then add the tomatoes and coriander leaves. Cook covered for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with curry leaves.
- Special paneer curry is ready. Serve hot with naan, chapathi, kulcha, etc.
