Ingredients
- Baby Corn(finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
- Carrot(peeled and finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
- Potato(peeled and finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Water chestnuts(finely chopped) - 25 g
- Chives(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
- Pine nuts - 25 g
- White Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Salad leaves(washed) - 6 nos
- Ground nut oil(As reqd) -
- Water - 4 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing special vegetable roll, roast the pine nuts and keep it aside.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Mix well for 2 minutes and remove it from the flame. Allow it to cool.
- Spread the salad leaves on a plate.
- Take a spoon full of the mixture and place it on each salad leaf.
- Special vegetable roll are ready. Roll it and serve immediately.
