  1. Cook the beef with 1 tsp beef masala, salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilly powder and water as required.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and sauté onion and tomato for 10 – 15 minutes.
  3. Add masalas, coriander leaves, pepper powder and cooked beef and cook again for 10 minutes.
  4. :- Serve with ghee rice.
