Instructions
Roast masala.
Roast
coconut
and shallots.
Grind them with spices.
Heat
oil
in a pan or a kadai.
Saute diced onions.
Add diced
brinjal
and
potato
.
Stir till cooked.
Add ground masala and
tomato
puree.
Add
salt
and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot with chappathis.
