For masala:-
Instructions
  1. Roast masala.
  2. Roast coconut and shallots.
  3. Grind them with spices.
  4. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  5. Saute diced onions.
  6. Add diced brinjal and potato.
  7. Stir till cooked.
  8. Add ground masala and tomato puree.
  9. Add salt and mix well.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. :- Serve hot with chappathis.
