Ingredients
Chicken –

Onion

Cumin seeds
(Jeerakam) –

Black pepper –

Chilly powder –

Coriander powder

Coconut

1/2

Oil
(As reqd) –
Salt
(As reqd) –
Curry leaves
(A few) –
Instructions
Grind together
cumin seeds
, black pepper, chilly powder,
coriander powder
and
onion
.
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Add the chicken, masala,
salt
and
curry leaves
along with some
water
.
Let the chicken cook for 15 minutes.
Grind the
coconut
to a fine paste with
water
.
After the chicken is 3/4th cooked, add the
coconut
paste.
Keep on low flame for another 10 min.
